Greg has founded and scaled multiple successful real estate businesses by applying the analytical and strategic principles he developed during his career in management consulting in New York.
At Outwest, Greg oversees the day-to-day brokerage operations in Colorado and leads all aspects of the investment process for the firm’s Colorado portfolio, including deal sourcing, due diligence, capital structuring, investor relations, and dispositions. In addition, his extensive construction knowledge provides Outwest with a distinct competitive advantage over more passive sponsors.
Throughout his career, Greg has worked on multifamily, mixed-use, and single-family projects totaling more than $300 million in value and has participated in hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions. He is known for developing creative deal structures that help mitigate risk on capital-intensive investments while delivering favorable outcomes for Outwest investors.
Greg believes Outwest’s success is rooted in strong relationships with property owners, local governments, and community stakeholders. By fostering collaboration and maintaining a community-focused approach, he helps ensure Outwest continues to deliver thoughtful, feasible projects that expand and elevate real estate opportunities within the communities the firm serves.

Kevin has helped shape the Colorado real estate market for more than 15 years, with expertise spanning capital markets, multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality assets. Prior to founding Outwest, he led real estate divisions and initiatives at companies including W-5, Getaway Homes, Outsite, and Inspirato.
Over the course of his career, Kevin has participated in the development, acquisition, or financing of more than $450 million in real estate projects spanning multiple continents, establishing a proven track record of identifying, executing, and scaling successful investments. His expertise includes financial modeling, negotiation, growth strategy, business analytics, and debt and equity financing.
Kevin approaches the inherent volatility of the real estate industry with a disciplined, risk-adjusted investment philosophy and innovative strategic execution. His ability to succeed in both challenging and thriving market conditions reflects a consistent, resilient approach that has delivered results across market cycles.
