Outwest Investments acquired the Wintersage Apartments in Fall of 2025. The project is located in Granby Colorado and consists of 20 three bedroom apartment units .

The Wintersage Aparments are much needed workforce housing units. Outwest has upgraded the units and is adding a public park. The project sits right on the edge of the Grand Elk golf course and houses critical workers for the ski resort, golf courses, restaurants and public works facilities. The project also sits less than a mile from the new train station.

The economic impact of this project is significant, but also allows for workers to live in quality, large units while being central to all of the employers .
